Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, the following data will be permanently removed:

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Send your request to:

Include the email address and username associated with your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

We confirm receipt of your deletion request within 24 hours.

You have 7 days to cancel the deletion by contacting support. During this time, your account is deactivated but your data is preserved.

All personal data is permanently deleted from our systems. Purchase records are retained separately for tax compliance as required by law.

You will receive a final confirmation email once your data has been fully deleted.
